PAT can respond to taps on the screen (e.g., follows some instructions and tap the screen when ready), timeouts (e.g., run for 10 minutes), a loud sound (e.g. shout out when you do each push up) or movements of the phone (e.g. on every step).
PAT can replace a personal trainer. Simply program in each sequence, the counts, the way you want PAT to trigger each count (move, sound etc) and optionally some motivational chats or instructions and you're on your way.
But PAT can also guide you through a cooking recipe or any other task that is done in a sequence.
NOTE: This lite version is limited to 5 user sessions.
